摘　　要：消防部队承担着复杂而危险的各种火灾事故、化学灾害事故及其它需要消防部队参与救援的灾害事故任务,战斗中常会出现各种不良心理。强化心理素质训练,提高消防官兵心理素质和心理适应能力是一个亟待解决的问题。文章从强化消防官兵心理素质训练的内涵,影响消防官兵临战状态的主要心理因素及训练策略等方面进行了论述。Firefighters bear complex and dangerous tasks such as extinguishing fire accidents,solving chemical disaster accidents and other accidents. There are various unhealthy psychology in firefighters＇ psychology. There are many problems to be solved in firefighters＇ psychological quality and psychological adaptability. The paper discusses the content of firefighters＇ psychological quality training, factors affected firefighters＇ psychological emergency response conditions and training strategies.
