摘　　要：DNA鉴定作为鉴定结论的一种,具有优于其它证据的客观性、可靠性和科学性,但这并不意味着,DNA鉴定就是完美无缺的"证据之王"。在我国的刑事司法领域中,DNA鉴定还存在着诸多的问题。我国不仅要完善相应立法和管理机制,更要在DNA鉴定采信等环节上建立相应标准,杜绝对DNA鉴定的盲目轻信。As an identification conclusion, problems of DNA evidence in the criminal judicial process and the issues involved are precisely need to be studied and discussed. DNA evidence has the priority of objectivity, scientificity and reliability, but it is not mean that DNA evidence is the ＂king of the evidence.＂ In the field of criminal process, there are still many problems of DNA evidence. As a result, our country must not only improve the relevant legislation and regulatory mechanisms, but also establish appropriate standards to make the DNA evidence more reliable and put an end to the blind trust of the DNA identification.
