摘　　要：公安教育改革是国家司法体制改革的重要内容,正处于起步探索阶段。本文以科学发展观为指导,系统分析了公安教育工作面临的形势和存在的困惑,提出了公安教育发展与改革的思路,以期对公安院校的发展和整个公安教育改革工作有所借鉴。Public security education reform is one of the most important parts of national judicial system reform. The paper analyzes the new situation and puzzle of the current public security education and offers some ideas about the public security education and reform based on the scientific development view so as to bring some advice to the public security colleges＇ development and public security education development.
