摘　　要：文章介绍了在新型空间环境模拟器中铝热沉的焊接工艺选择和实施过程。该热沉是用2千多根铝管和4千多条焊缝焊成的。它要求焊缝在长期冷热交变作用下仍具有高度的气密性。实践证明了这种工艺选择的正确性,并很好地满足了设计要求。The welding technology of the Aluminum heat sink which is one of the key subsystems of new space environment simulator is introduced in this report.The heat sink has more than 4,000 welding lines which are demanded to have high airtight in cool-heat strike environment.The heat sink's welding technology using in practice meets the design requirements nicely.
