摘　　要：“时机”取胜的法宝,谁拥有了它,胜利就偏向于谁。因此,做为警察院校的擒拿教官,必须要教会我们的学生什么是时机,在激烈的实战对抗中善于发现时机,创造时机,并把握好时机制敌取胜。本文对“时机”在实战对抗中的重要性作了说明,从多角度分析了时机的产生过程,并由浅入深的讲解了让学生掌握时机的一些训练方法。'Opportunity', the magic weapon for winning; who has it, who will win. Therefore, as teachers of twisting of joints in police colleges, we must teach our students what opportunities are, how to realize opportunities in the fierce confrontation in actual combating, how to create opportunities and how to sieze the opportunities for finally defeating the enemy. This paper elaborates the importance of opportunity in actual combating confrontation, analyzes the emerging process of opportunity from different angles and explains some methods from the easy to the difficult for training the students in seizing the opportunity.
