摘　　要：热沉不但具备模拟宇宙的“冷黑”环境功能,而且它还相当于一个辐射换热器和抽气泵,由此引出热沉材料的选择原则。文章详细介绍了不锈钢-铜热沉的特点和测试结果,说明了不锈钢-铜热沉为热沉的发展开辟了一条新途径。The heat sink not only has the functions of simulating the 'cold' and 'dark' conditions of space, but also is a radiation-heat exchanger and a vacuum pump. So the choice of heat sink materials is important. The characteristics and the test results of the stainless steel-copper heat sink are described in detail. It shows that the stainless steel-copper heat sink blazed a trail in heat sink development.
