摘　　要：全球金融危机已经触及中国实体经济．增加固定投资一直是中国经济增长的主要动力。目前，大规模铁路投资正在成为国家内需启动政策的重心之一。铁路新项目的投入，作为拉动经济增长的重要亮点，铁路部门已经做好了充分的准备。The global financial crisis has hit the economy in China. Increasing the fixed investment asset is the major force for China＇s economy growth. At present, large-scale railway investment is becoming the China＇s development emphases for the domestic demand. As a major bright spot to stimulate economic growth, the input of new railway projects have been well prepared by railway departments.
