女运动员初潮年龄和月经期主要特征的调查研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查了我国优秀女运动员76名,一般运动员83名,业体校学员136名和330名非运动员的初潮年龄和月经期主要特征。结果表明:同非运动员相比,优秀女运动员的初潮年龄有所推迟,而业体校学员初潮年龄则有所提前。月经不良反应,优秀运动员占51.32％,业体校学员占71.32％,非运动员占51.21％。月经期不良反应与初潮来临的季节有一定内在联系。提示:初潮年龄和月经期不良反应的症状和程度,可作为选材和医务监督的指标之一。The examination paper investigates the age of menarche and characteristic during menstrual period among 76 ex-cellent sprotswomen, 83 common spotswomen, 136 students of spare - time physical - training school and 330 non -sportswomen in China. The results are as follows: comparing with non - sportswomen, excellent sportswomen s menarche age is older, and the menarche age of students in spare - time physical - training school is younger a little. The percentage of ab-normal reaction to menstruation among excellent sportswomen is 51.32 percent, among the students in spare - time physical - training school is 71.32 percent,and among non- sportswomen is 51.21 percent.The abnormal reaction during menstrual period is related to the season when menarche comes in some degree prompt: The menarche age and the degree of abnormal reaction during menstrual period can be used as one of opeions to choose athletes and supervise medical matters.
