摘　　要：本文论述了人质解救中谈判的四项心理对策：弄清需要、稳定情绪、改变态度、分散注意。This article states four psychological strategies in hostage neogtiation: to make clear of the needs of the criminal, to ease up the attitude of the criminal, to change the attitude of the criminal and to distract the attention of the criminal.
