摘 要:An important trend in the evaluation of neutron and charged particle nuclear data, and analyses of experimental results at low energies is the increased use of nuclear reaction theory codes to compute the cross sections, spectra, and angular distributions required by a large variety of applications. As a method of evaluation, such model codes offer, in comparison with simple approaches, many advantages such as the preservation of the energy balance or the coherence of partial cross sections with the total or the reaction cross section. Secondly, theoretical calculations can generate the data for any incident energy, any outgoing angles and energies, but the experimental measurement could never supply all
