摘　　要：JSR 堵剂是油包水乳状液与膨润土、聚合物混合后获得的增稠软塞堵剂。室内实验结果表明,JSR 堵剂的性质及工艺特性与油包水乳状液的稳定性、膨润土、聚合物的加量以及温度等因素有关,并具有三个主要特性:增稠、堵剂塑性强度高和可以不起钻进行堵漏作业。这三个特性决定了该堵剂具有较高的堵塞性质和堵漏作业费用低的特点。文中还根据堵剂的成分和性质分析了堵漏机理,以及根据漏失层特征提出了改善堵剂性质的方法。JSR plugging agent is a mixture of water-in-oil emulsion,bentonite and polymer. The experiment result in lab shows that the property and process behavior of JSR plugging agent is related to the stability of the water-in-oil emulsion,the quantity of bentonite and polymer,and temperature.The three main characteristics of this plugging agent,consistency improving,high plasticity and doing plugging operation without tripping-out,determines its high plugging quality and low operation cost.The plugging mechanism of this agent is analyzed on the basis of its composition and nature.A method to modify the property of the agent in accord- ance with the characteristics of the lost-circulation zone has been also raised in this paper.
