摘　　要：提高高校青年干部的思想政治素质 ,既离不开外在的教育、培训、管理、监督 ,又要强化其自我教育、自我完善的内在动力。本文从自学、自信、自省、自警、自重、自励 6环节 ,引经据典 ,探讨了新形势下青年干部进行自我修养的方法。This essay explores the methods of self-cultivation for young cadres in new situation from six aspects: self-study, self-confidence, self-vigilance, self-examination, self-respect, self-encouragement. To improve ideological and political quality of young cadres in colleges is related not only with education, training, management, supervision, but also with internal motivation of self-education, self-perfection.
