中外优秀男子跳远运动员起跳技术参数的研究

摘　　要：对中外优秀男子跳远运动员在比赛中获得的起跳技术参数 ,进行SSPS数据处理 ,发现我国优秀选手在助跑速度和腾起角上与国外优秀选手相比有显著性差异 ,而腾起初速度却无明显区别。提出 :在目前训练水平无法大幅度提高助跑速度的情况下 ,可适当地增大腾起角度来提高运动成绩。Using SSPS data to process the take off's technical parameters gained in the matches of Chinese and foreign excellent male long-jump Athletes', the authors finds that there is a prominent difference in run-up speed and leaping angle between Chinese athletes and foreign ones , while there is not obvious in leaping commencing speed . Therefore , they suggest : at the present condition , when run-up speed cannot be increased by a big margin by the training level , the athletic achievement can be gained by appropriately enlarging the leaping angle .
