“宁波帮”的办学思想对当前高职教学改革的启示

摘　　要：宁波帮捐资办学之巨闻名遐迩,但也有不少宁波帮先驱亲力教育,开创了传统私塾到新式学堂、普通教育到职业教育之先河,在办学实践中处处体现出务实、崇德、开放、重师的办学思想,这些思想和做法对当前高等职业教育改革仍有一定的借鉴。It is well known that Ningbe Commercial Gang has donated large sums of money to schooling, but little is known that quite a few of them have been engaged in education at various levels-from traditional private schools to modem ones, from ordinary education to special type-always embodying such ideas as emphasizing practicality, advocating moral accomplishment, encouraging opening and valuing teachers, which is still suggestive to the present teaching reform in vacational colleges.
