“1+6”为来渝投资者大开绿灯——重庆规范政务管理改善投资环境初见成效

摘　　要：本刊记者综述:直辖以来,重庆市委市政府坚持以发展经济为中心,在大力改善交通、能源、通讯、市政建设等硬环境的同时,从更新观念、扩大开放,实行优惠政策,提高办事效率和服务质量等方面,努力改善投资软环境,已收到明显效果。今年一季度,全市新登记注册的外资企业就有38家,外商和港澳台来渝投资总额达3.47亿美元,比去年同期上升50%。前不久举办的99中国重庆投资贸易洽谈会,有38个国家和地区的代表和客商(其中25家世界500强跨国公司的代表),国内一些大公司。Since its promotion to be a municipality directly under the central government, Chongqing's Party committee and government have focused their efforts on economic development, attaching importance to communications, energy, telecommunications and municipal facilities. Besides, they have tried to improve the investment environment by remolding ideology, expanding reform and opening, exercising preferential polices, and promoting working efficiency and service quality. Consequently, the government put forward at the beginning of this year the '1+6' Project,(namely the decision to further standardize administration and its six appendix documents).
