摘　　要：改革开放以来,特别是直辖以来,重庆市加强基础设施建设,大力改善投资环境。经过20年的努力,在交通、能源、通讯、市政建设等方面均取得了显著成效,全市城乡面貌大为改观,吸引了众多外商前来投资。到目前为止,已有45个国家和地区的外商在渝投资办企业二千多家,累计利用外资43.7亿美元,其中有名列世界500强企业的诺基亚、ABB、爱立信、施格兰、美标、利宝、罗克威乐等26户企业来渝落户,促进了重庆经济持续快速发展。Since the commencement of reform and opening, especially since its promotion to be a municipality directly under the central government, Chongqing has attached great importance to infrastructure construction and bas greatly improved the investment environment. Through 20 years' efforts, Chongqing has made outstanding achievements in construction of communications, energy, telecommunications and municipal facilities. A three-dimensional communications network, consisting of water, land and air transportation, has formed. As Chongqing has become a power supply base, shortage of power is only something in people's memory. Chongqing has seen rapid development of telecommunications, wbich renders smooth international and national telecommunications. With its improved municipal facilities and a new beautiful look, Chongqing is attracting more and more foreign businessmen.
