摘　　要：该工程地质条件较为复杂， 通过运用钻探、静探、原位测试及室内试验等多种手段， 对场地的工程地质条件进行评价， 进行桩基选择对比， 提供单桩允许承载力和沉降量估算并对基坑开挖与围护作了分析， 提出相应处理措施。The engineering geological conditions of the site of construction are complicated which are appraised by means of drilling, still exploration, in-situ measurement and test as well as indoor experiment. Pile foundation is selected through comparing. The limits to the bearing capacity and subsidence are given for a single pile. Analysis has been made on the digging and guarding of the foundation pits, with working measures being raised.
