摘　　要：结合校办企业及校办企业档案工作实践，对高校校办企业及其档案工作特点、现状及途径进行分析探讨，提出了加强高校校办产业档案工作的若干意见。Combining with the practice of school-run workshop and file management,the author discusses the characteristics,the status and methods of school-run workshop and file. Several suggestions are made to strengthen the file management of school-run workshop.
