摘　　要：目的探讨沙眼衣原体（ＣＴ） 抗体能否用于孕妇ＣＴ生殖道感染的产前筛检。方法以间 接血凝法（ＩＨＴ）检测孕妇阴道分泌物作为金标准，以ＩＨＴ检测血清标本作为筛检试验，计算有关 指标。结果筛检试验的灵敏度、特异度分别为６２．５％、９５．１％。结论ＩＨＴ检测孕妇血清中的 ＣＴ抗体可以用于ＣＴ生殖道感染的产前筛检。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the indirect hemagglutination test(IHT) as a screening method for productive tract infections with testing serum samples. Methods Testing vaginal secrete samples with IHT is taken as a gold standard while testing serum samples with the same test is taken as a screening method. Results The sensitivity and specificity of the screening method are 62. 5 % and 95. 1 % , respectively. Conclusions Testing serum samples for antibody of chlamydial trachomatis with IHT can be used as a screening method for productive tract infections.
