查表法在温度遥测中的应用

摘　　要：利用热敏电阻作为测温元件，设计了相应的测温电路。传感器的非线性、互换性及传感器和测量电路的稳定性问题是最大的问题。文中介绍了采用计算机查表法实现温度测量转换，阐述了查表法的原理、结构设计、表格建立及实验结果。其方法是将传感器的变化曲线存入存贮器中，测量时，由计算机的Ｃ语言程序处理温度数据，由Ａ／Ｄ转换器输出直接查到的对应温度值。本法免去线性补偿的麻烦，简化了电路结构，有较高的测量精度。The main problems in multi channel temperature measurement are non linearity and interchangeability of the sensors,stability of the sensor and the circuit. These affect measurement accuracy.It could be effectively improved by conversion table.The principle of conversion table,hardware design,conversion table establishment and experiment results are presented in this paper.This method simplifies measurement circuit and improves measurement accuracy effcetively.
