摘 要:称取 10g新鲜土样,加 C(NaHCO_3)/C(Na_2CO_3)=2.4mmolL^(-1)/1.9mmolL^(-1)的混合淋洗液50ml作为提取剂于研体中,间歇研磨半小时,用布氏漏斗双层滤纸过滤,弃去前10ml,接取后续滤波,再经0.22μm微孔滤膜抽滤。滤液进行离子色谱分离——电导/紫外检测测定F^-、Cl^-、NO_2 ^-、HPO_4 (2-)、NO_3 ^-、SO_4 ^(2-),相对标准偏差为0.8-5.2%,加标回收率为92.0-101.2%。与经典测定方法相比,除 F^-之外,各离子含量的平均相对误差在 5%以内,对氟含量的测定应考虑有机酸根的干扰。To weight 10g fresh soil sample, and put 50ml eluent C (NaHCO3) /C (Na2CO3) = 2.4mmolL-1/ 1.9mmolL-1 as extracting agent into mortar box. Then intennitent grind he mixture for half an hour, and filter ft through Buchner filter by using double - decked filter papers. To discard the first 10ml filtrate, and collect the sequential fi-trate, then filter again through 0.22μm mipor filter film and detect F-,Cl-,NO2-,HPO2-, NO3-, SO42-in the fil-ter liquor by ion chromatograph separation - electricalconductiuity/ultrauide detection. The relative standard deviation of each ion between is 0.8-5.2%. The everage collection rate by adding standard samples between is 92.0-101. 2%. To compare the determination methord in this paper with the classical methrod, in the three soil samples ion except F- ion is below 5% . The intervene of oranic acid radical should be attended in the F- determination.
