摘 要:高水头大流量泄洪消能研究是“八五”国家科技攻关专题,主要结合小湾高拱坝建设,研究在高山峡谷河段上,高水头、大流量泄洪消能问题。专题分别就泄洪消能布置优化;坝身孔口布设及其型式;水垫塘冲刷平衡及消能机理;坝身泄洪振动对坝体的影响;50m/s高流速空化、空蚀及减蚀措施;高压弧形闸门的伸缩式水封封水试验;高坝泄洪雾化的影响范围等进行研究。并结合漫湾大坝泄洪进行了一系列水力学方面的原型观测,取得了丰富的成果。The study on the energy dissipation for releasing the flood with high head and large discharge is a key scientific study subject during the State's 'Eighth Five Year Plan' period. This study is made in combination with the construction of Xiaowan high arch dam. The study includes the optimal layout of the flood discharging energy dissipation, the hole arrangement and its type in the dam body, the scour balance and energy dissipation mechanism of water cushion pond, the effect of the flood discharging vibration on the dam body, the cavitation and erosion under high water speed of 50 m/s and their measures for reducing cavitation, the test on telescopic water seal for high pressure radial gate and the affect range of flood discharging atomization for high dam. A series of prototype observations on hydraulics have been made in combination with the flood discharging of Manwan Dam and plenty of achievements have been reached.
