摘 要:目的:探讨过继免疫疗法对子宫内膜异位症的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:38只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照、模型对照、LAK细胞注射、LHRH-a注射四组。观察异位病灶变化,并分别测定各组大鼠腹腔液中自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性及血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)的水平。结果:LAK细胞治疗组异位内膜萎缩,NK细胞活性提高,IL-6水平与子宫内膜抗体含量下降,各项指标与模型组均有显著差异。结论:LAK细胞能调整子宫内膜异位症紊乱的免疫机制,提示过继免疫疗法对子宫内膜异位症具有治疗作用。Objective: To investigate the changes of immunobiology of endometriosis (EMT) rats after adoptive immunotherapy (AIT). Methods: 38 SD rats were divided into four groups as thenormal group, the EMT model group, the lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells group, the LHRH-a group. The natural killer(NK) cells activity in peritioneal fluid, interleukin-6 (IL-6) ac-tivity, and endometrium antibody (EMAb) content in serum were measured. Pathological changes of endometriosis were observed. Results: LAK cells group improved significantly NK cells activity, and reduced IL-6 activity and the content of EMAb in serum. Conclusion: LAK cells could rectify the immune disturbances of EMT. It implied that AIT is a potential target for treatment in EMT.
