排球发球中抛球稳定性的实践研究

摘　　要：“发球”是排球课教学的主要内容之一,在教学中由于初学者对关键动作掌握不好影响了“发球”质量,从而导致发球动作的偏差和失误。本文主要以上手发球教学为例,通过“抛球”这一重要技术环节,进行理论分析和实践研究,以达到提高排球课教学质量的目的。sarve is one of the major content in the volley teaching class, in teaching, because It is to impair the serve quality that the begnner can not master the key movements very well, lead to deviation and faults.this article take upper-hand serve as example, carry on theory analyses and practice research through 'throwing the ball' this important technology link, so that achieving the goal of improving teaching quality.
