摘　　要：经过调查,概括了上海市中、老年健身活动的特征,并较深入地分析了影响上海市中老年健身活动的因素,初步探讨了未来社会条件大力改善之后,中老年健身活动的发展趋势。On survey, we summarize the features of health exercises for seniors in Shanghai, carefully analyze the factors affecting health exercises for seniors in Shanghai and preliminarily discuss the developing trend of health exercises for seniors when social conditions are promoted in the future.
