摘　　要：用自行研制的手动洗胃机为１４３例患者洗胃，在单位时间内的洗胃量、住院天数和阿托品用量上，与电动洗胃机组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。用此机洗胃的优点是不需电源，只要有水就可抢救患者，操作简单，使用安全，无超压、超量的危险，不会损伤患者的胃，而且洗胃速度快，每分钟进水量可达３０００ｍｌ，加水排污不需停机。cases patients have received gastric lavage with hand controled lavage machine,their eluate impatients days,quautity of atropine applied are significantly different from those of electrical lavage machine It required no power,only water,easy to control,safe no danger of overload,no extra injury to stomach,rapid nearly 3000ml/min,no need to stop machine for filling water
