社区居民文化程度与疾病关系的分析

摘　　要：从社区８８００名户口所在地的自然人群中，通过健康调查，随机筛选出２１３４例５种不同疾病（高血压、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺病、慢性胃炎、胃及十二指肠球部溃疡、糖尿病、骨关节病）与３个档次的文化程度（大专以上、中学、小学与文盲）作比较。结果表明，居民文化程度与健康、疾病有明显的相关性（Ｐ＜０．００５）。５种疾病的发生率均随文化程度的升高而明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００５）。The healthy imvestigation from the 8800 people,using the way that asking or answering them.Sampling randomly five kinds of diseases of 2134 people.The results showed that there are marked correlationship between the cultural level and health or disease(P<0.005).Five kinds of diseases' incidence were increased or descended by the cultrual level(P<0.050.005).It is suggested there are marked correlationship between the people's health and the culture of the society.
