调整井水泥浆试验研究与实践

摘　　要：根据吐哈油田调整井固井作业的特点,通过室内试验,优选出了适应吐哈油田的水泥及外加剂,优配出了非渗透-低失水-防气窜水泥浆配方并制定了固井施工技术措施。通过200多口井固井施工结果表明,应用上述泥浆配方及技术措施可以获得良好的固井质量,固井成功率100%,优质率95%。Accordance with the cementing operation characteristics of adjustment well in Tuha Oil Field and test indoor the cement and external agent which conform to Tuha Oil Field were optimized.An impermeable,low water-loss and anti- gas out cement slurry formula was compounded.We laid down cementing operation method.Through more than one hundred cementing operations the cementing success ratio is 100% and high quality ratio is 95%.
