人外周血树突状细胞亚型的形态学观察

摘　　要：Ｓ１００ 蛋白染色是鉴定树突状细胞（ＤＣ） 的一种重要而可靠的方法。本文采用Ｓ１００ 蛋白免疫细胞化学方法及电镜观察， 对人外周血树突状细胞的亚型进行研究。结果表明： 人血ＤＣ在形态学上分为两个亚型－ Ⅰ型中等淋巴细胞大小， 线粒体少， 核内异染色质多； Ⅱ型胞体较大， 线粒体丰富，S 100 protein staining is an important and reliable method to identify dendritic cells (DC). In our studies S 100 protein immuno cytochemical method and transmission electron microscopy were applied to research the subsets of DC. The results showed that there were two morphologic subsets of dendritic cells in human peripheral blood. Type Ⅰ seemed to be moderate lymphocyte in size present more heterochromatin less mitochondrion; the type Ⅱ was larger in cell body, with less heterochromatin, but more mitochondrion.\;
