腹腔镜阑尾切除术240例经验

摘　　要：1995年3月至1998年8月连续行腹腔镜阑尾切除术240例,其中中转开腹2例,行阑尾周围脓肿引流4例,同时行胆囊切除术12例,精索静脉曲张高位结扎1例,双侧疝修补1例,合并行附件手术5例。术中发现1例并发卵巢畸胎瘤和子宫浆膜下肌瘤,4例并发隐性疝,均予一同处理。手术时间平均27.2分,术后平均住院4.0天。术后5例穿刺口感染。均痊愈出院。腹腔镜术中寻找阑尾方便,手术安全有效,病人术后恢复快,疤痕小,并发症低,值得进一步开展。From Mar 1995 to Aug 1998, 240 cases of appendicitis including 132males and 108 females received Laparoscopic Appendectomy (LA) .The range of age was from 11 to 68 years old (The average age was 27.3 years old) .The procedures included LA(n = 234) and Laparoscopic drainag for appendix peripheral absess(n = 4) .There was two case was coverted into open appendectomy. In addition, during LA, we did 12cases of LC,and one case of Laparoscopic herniorrhaphy for dual inguinal hernia on the same time. On the other hand, we also found ovarian tera-toma, hysteromyoma( n = 1) and concealed hemia(n = 4) and treated with Laparoscopy during the LA. The average time of operation was 27.2 minutes and the average peroid of postoperative stay was 4.Oday. Incisional infections was occur in 5cases. All patiens discharged well. We found that minor trauma, short postoperative stay, good curative effect and small scar are the advantages of LA.
