摘　　要：挖掘我国古代冰雪活动历史,目的在于补充体育院校通用教材《体育史》中,中国古代冰雪活动史含量的严重不足;同时,也可借鉴古人广泛丰富的冰雪活动为今而用,促进现代我国全民冰雪健身运动的开展。To tap the history of our ancient winter sports the purpose is to add the serious insufficiency of the amount of the history of Chinese ancient winter sports in the textbook <Physical History>sed by Physical Education Institute, meanwhile, we can use the rich winter activity of the ancients to serve the presert, and the activity can promote the development of the winter health of the whole people.
