摘  要:白水峪水电站在技施设计阶段坚持采用新技术、新工艺,优化设计,解决了关键技术问题:采用“表孔宽尾墩十戽式消力池”新型消能工;加强对边坡变形的监测和采用锚固洞、锚固桩加固方案;坝体纵缝用斜缝不灌浆结构型式;表孔弧门闸墩采用预应力结构;戽式消力池底板缝间设封闭止水铜片;主厂房采用“雁形板”屋面;以及机电设计采用新技术等等,共计节省工程投资1000多万元,为降低工程造价发挥了重要作用。In the technical and construction design of Baishuiyu Hydropower Station, some new technologies and techniques to optimize the design were adopted to solve some key technical problem. A new energy dissipater of surface hole flaring pier + bucket basin has been adopted. The slope deformation monitoring has been strengthened. The reinforcement measures of anchorage hole and pile have been used. The structure type of no grouting for inclined joints has used as dam longitudinal joints. The prestressed structure has been used in the pier of radial gate. The closed copper seal for bottom slab joints of bucket basin has been arranged. The goose shaped plate for the roof of main generator room has been used. The new technologies have been applied in the design of mechanical and electrical equipment. All the above mentioned measures have saved more than 10 million RMB Yuan in total of the project investment so it plays an important role in the reduction of project cost.
