摘　　要：用考马斯亮蓝染色、银染色、铜染色等 3种方法对同一种蛋白质染色的灵敏度、快速性进行比较 ,得出 3种蛋白质染色方法的优缺点 。There are three kinds of staining methods for protein electrophoresis: Coomassie brilliant blue staining, copper staining and silver staining. In this experiment, three staining methods are compared in sensitivity and speed. The results show the advantages and disadvantages of three staininig methods, which provides basis for rational selection of different methods in gel electrophoresis of protein.
