一株乙内酰脲酶产生菌Arthrobacter K1108的筛选及鉴定

摘　　要：从沈阳市浑河地区污泥中分离得到了一株乙内酰脲酶产生菌 ,薄层色谱和氨基酸自动分析仪的分析结果表明 ,该菌的完整细胞可催化 5 -苄基乙内酰脲水解产生苯丙氨酸。对该菌进行了细菌分类学鉴定 ,确定该菌为节杆菌属的一个种 ,故命名为 Arthrobacter sp.K1 1 0A hydantoinase producing strain, which was identified as a strain of the genus Arthrobacter and designated as Arthrobacter sp. K1108, was isolated from soil samples in Shenyang. Thin layer chromatograhy and automatic amino acids analysis confirmed that the intact cells of K1108 may convert 5 benzylhydantoin into phenylalanine.
