摘　　要：目的:研究无典型症状的胆囊结石患者肝细胞是否有损害。方法:对非典型症状的单纯胆囊结石患者在行胆囊切除术的同时取部分肝组织行病理组织学检查。结果:100例仅有3例病程3个月以下患者肝组织未见明显异常,97例均有肝细胞损害。结论:胆囊结石对肝细胞存在损害作用。Obiective To study whether the hepatocellular lesions would occur in patients with atypi-cal symptomatic gallbladder stone. Method:The biopsy of liver tissue was simultaneously done,while the cholesystectomy was performed for simple gallbladder stone. Results: no abnormality occurred only in 3 cases whose duration of illness was less than 3 months,the other 97 cases had hepatocellular lesions. Conclusion :The hepatic cells did occur lesion in patients with gallbladder gallstone.
