摘 要:作物种质资源是人类赖以生存的物质基础,是农业起源、跨跃式发展的前提.根据人口、资源、环境、需求几大矛盾的突现及国际、国内的农业形势,农业走可持续发展的道路已是唯一出路.从目前的常规农业转向可持续发展的农业,只能利用分子技术开发我国丰富的作物种质资源推动新的科技革命,以促进完成向可持续农业的转轨.本文论证了新的科技革命的主导突破性关键技术为高产基因、抗病虫基因、高效利用水肥基因以及精确农业技术、食物安全技术,并预测下一次科技革命的高潮将会在2010年左右出现.:Crop germplasm resources are the material basis for human life and the precusor to the origin and astride development of agriculture. Based on the current international and domestic agricultural conditions and the tensions among populations , natural resources , the environment and market demands , the author believes that a sustainable agriculture system is the only way for the sustainable development of human society. Because of population pressure, it is impossible to turn conventional agriculture to sustainable agriculture using classic agricultural strategies, a new scientific revolution is urgently needed. Molecular marker assisted exploitation and utilization of genes responsible for high yield, pest and disease resistance and efficient use of water and fertilizer will play an important role in this revolution, At the same time, the development of intensive and meticulous farming and safe food systems will be essential steps for this revolution. It is predicated that the next high tide of scientific revolution will occur about 2010.
