TlBaCaCuO High Temperature Superconducting Bolometer

摘　　要：Meanders of thin films of TlBa 2Ca 2CuO 2 have been used to make radiation bolometers. Using cw HeNe at 632 nm the peak responsivity of these films is measured to be 0.560 V/W at the temperature of 106.0 K. The present experimental data agree well with bolometric response of irradiated films, and the calculations are presented to support this conclusion.Meanders of thin films of TlBa 2Ca 2CuO 2 have been used to make radiation bolometers.
