L-赖氨酸锌对大鼠繁殖及致畸的毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察L-赖氨酸锌对大鼠繁殖及致畸作用的亚慢性毒性作用.方法:将孕鼠分为4组,每组12只,除对照组外其余各组从受孕第6天开始灌服不同剂量的L-赖氨酸锌,以观察对大鼠繁殖及胎景致畸的影响.结果:L-赖氨酸锌对孕鼠具有明显的增重作用,对孕鼠生殖各项指标及胎鼠的内脏、骨骼系统、生长发育等无明显影响,也未见致畸发生.结论:L-赖氨酸锌对孕鼠具有明显的增重作用,不会导致胎鼠发育异常或畸形现象发生.ve: To observe the subslow toxic action of zinc L-lysinate on the reproduction and toratogenesis in rats. Method: Forty - eight pregnant rats were equally divided into four groups. Alt the groups ,except the control group,began to be fed with zinc L-lysinate in different dosage on the sixth day of fertilization and to be observed for the action of L-lysinate on their reproduction and toratogenesis. Result: Zinc L-lysinate had obvious action on weight gaining, but no obvious action on their reproductive indexes or on the visceras, skeletons, growth and development of the fetal rats, and no toratogenesis occurred. Conclusion: Zinc L-lysmate is causative of obvious weight gaining in pregnant rats, yet not of abnormal development or toratogenesis in fetal rats.
