摘  要:笔者应用机械分离获得豚鼠单个初级精母细胞,采用全细胞式膜片钳技术记录该细胞离子通道电流.结果表明:在标准盐溶液中,当钳制电位-90mV、指令电压-60~+180mV、步阶电压20mV时,可记录到外向离子电流;将标准盐溶液换成含4mmol/L的四乙基氯化氨(TEA)盐溶液,外向电流显著抑制,冲洗换液后大部分电流恢复,表明此电流为外向K^+流.Mechanical dissociation was used to obtain single primary spermatocytes from guinea pigs and iron channel currents in the primary spermatocytes were recorded by whole cell patch-clamp technique. The experimental results showed that outward currents could be recorded in standard saline when the holding potential was - 90 mV, the command potential was from - 60 mV to +180 mV in 20 mV increments, while in TEA saline the outward currents were obviously inhibited, but most of them returned to normal after washout and change of the saline. These results indicate that the outward currents are carried by K+ .
