摘　　要：笔者采用放免法检测了100例陈旧性腰椎间盘突出症患者,经推拿和硬膜外给药治疗前、后血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)的含量变化.结果表明β-EP在治愈时呈上升趋势,与首次治疗后比较有明显差异(P<0.05).In this experiment, the changes of blood serum (3-EP level in 100 patients with old prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were detected by radioimmune assay before and after massage therapy or peridural medication, The result showed that the level of blood serum (2-EP tended to increase with a significant difference between the time of clinical cure and the time shortly after the first treatment.
