摘  要:为探讨跳伞训练对空降兵适应能力的影响,笔者采用自身对照法,应用美国亚培CCX全自动生化自动分析仪检测了空降兵10次跳伞前后血心肌酶的含量变化.结果表明:跳伞前后除乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)无变化外,肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB).乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LD)及天冬氨酸转移酶(AST)等跳伞后均有明显升高,其中第3~4次跳伞后升高显著(与第一次相比,P<O.01),第5-10次跳伞后与第3次相比有所下降(P<0.05),说明空降兵通过跳伞训练可消除应激对机体的损伤,同时也可根据此指标升高程度及变化规律筛选心理状态良好的优秀伞兵.To probe into the effects of bailout training on the airborne soldiers'adaptabili-ty,we adopted a self-control method using American CCX automatic biochemical analysis instrument to determine the change in airborne soldiers' serum and myocardial enzyme before and after 10 bailouts.The result showed that LDH and CCK didn't change while LD1,CCK-MB, AST increased remarkably after all bailouts and more remarkably after the third and fourth bail-outs(P <0.01) .After the fifth to the tenth bailouts,the increased indexes decreased in somewhat degree compared with those after the third bailout. All above showed that airbrone soldiers might remove the body injure by stress through training. In the meantime, we can choose excellent airborne soldiers with good psychological state according to the increased degree and law of change of every index.
