摘  要:探讨了密度不同的82W-Ni-Cu(Ⅰ),82W-Ni-Cu(Ⅱ)以及82W-Ni-Cu-Ag合金,于1020,1070,1120,1170℃进行HIP技术处理后合金性能的变化规律,W-Ni-Cu合金在1120℃,W-Ni-Cu-Ag合金在1020℃经HIP技术处理后,拉伸强度分别提高了2.613%,8.191%和3.279%,密度提高0.498%,2.889%和0.676%。Two kinds of 82W-Ni-Cu alloys, Ⅰand Ⅱ, differed in density, and one kind of 82W-Ni-Cu-Ag alloy were treated with hot isostatic pressing(HIP) at 1020, 1070, 1120 and 1170 ℃ respectively to examine the changement regularity of their physicomechanical properties. The results showed that the tensile strength of the 82W-Ni-Cu(Ⅰ), 82W-Ni-Cu(Ⅱ) and 82W-Ni-Cu-Ag alloys HIP treated at 1120 ℃ is 2.613%, 8.191% and 3.279% higher than that of treated at 1020 ℃, respectively and also the corresponding density is 0.498% ,2.889% and 0.676% higher than that of treated at 1020 ℃ respectively. And it is feasible obviously to improve the physicomechanical properties of the above alloy materials for making pilot gyrorotor by using HIP treatment technique.
