摘　　要：目的：是通过对电烧伤病人的研究和分析，总结出临床经验。方法：在１９９３年～１９９８年收治８３例电烧伤患者中，分析其一般情况、治愈率、存活率、死亡率以及并发症。结果：治愈８０例（９６．４％），死亡３例（３．４％），需行外科手术治疗５３例，其中１２例需行截肢（指、趾）术。结论：提出早期及时施以必要外科手术治疗，积极治疗出现的并发症和应用敏感抗菌素，是治疗电烧伤的关键。Objective: The aim of this study was to sum up some clinical experiences by the analysis of the clinical features of the patients with electric burn. Metheds: In the 83 cases with electric burn ad- mitted to the hospital from 1993 to 1998, the general condition, cure rate, survival rate, mortality and complications were analysed. Results: 80 from 83 cases(96. 4% )were healed, 3 died (mortality was 3.4 % ). 53 thees needed surgical operation, of them 12 cases had to receive amputation. Con- clusions:it is suggested that the key of treating electric burn is to perform operation early while necessary, treat the complication actively, and use sensitive antibiotics.
