摘 要:本研究均动脉压(MAP)为5.33kPa造成家兔急性失血性休克,然后立即使用山莨菪碱(654-2)或地塞米松(Dex)处理,观察各组动物生存时间、生存率、MAP及其外周血一氧化氮(NO)的动态变化。结果:未处理的失血性休克家兔于 154.0± 23.5min(85. 6%)内死亡,地塞米松和 654- 2联合应用显著提高其生存时间与生存率( P<0.05)。 Dex组NO水平较失血性休克组显著降低,而 654-2组NO水平改变不明显。结论:急性失血性休克家兔NO水平升高,地塞米松治疗失血性休克的作用可能与其减少NO的含量有关,而山莨菪碱的治疗作用可能有所不同。山莨菪碱和地塞米松联合应用效果更好。The changes of survival duration, survival rate, mean arteral pressure (MAP) and peripheral blood nitric oxide (NO) in rabbits with acute haemorrhagic shock were detected, and the effects of 654 - 2 and Dexamethasone(Dex) on the rabbits were observed by bleeding rabbits until the MAP was 5. 33kpa. The rabbits with acute hemorrhagic shock died in 154 23. 5min after bleeding. Dex and 654 - 2 together made the survival duration and the surviv rate increased significantly(P < 0. 05 ). The NO level in the shock rabbits treated with Dex was lower than that in the shock rabbits without treatment significantly (P < 0. 05 ). However, the NO level in the shock rabbits treated with 654 - 2 was similar to that in the shock rabbits. The NO level in rabbits with acute hemorrhagic shock was higher than that in the control (P < 0. 05 ). Dex might effect on hemorrhagic shock by reducing the NO level while 654-2 'light do this by other mechanism Dex and 654-2 together are more effective than either of them applied individually.
