摘　　要：本文主要从社会主义教育的根本任务出发，分析学生思想政治教育与管理干部应具备的素质，并就其素质建设提出作者的建议。This article starting from the basic task of students, education of socialism analyses mainly the quality of students, odeological & political education as well as administrative cadres,and a proposal, put forward by the author.of the quality enhancement.
