摘　　要：结合市场对人才培养的要求，本文论述了进一步提高实践性教学环节质量的必要性，并根据笔者在这方面近二十年的教学实践，总结出与企业紧密合作，建立广泛、稳固的实习基地的具体方法与良好效果。It is neceessary to enhance result of practice teaching,according to demands of market to talented man in this paper.The author summarizes method and excellent result of setting up widespread and stable and firm basis of practice teaching on condition that a university cooperates with enterprise tightly and puts forward ideas of more development of practice teaching for train qualified students.
