摘  要:通过对硅粉、天然沸石粉、矿渣超细粉、磷渣超细粉及其复合超细粉等对水泥浆体的流动性及强度影响的研究,发现硅粉、天然沸石粉对水泥浆体起填充增强作用,无分散作用;但磷渣与矿渣超细粉对水泥浆体起填充作用、分散作用与增强作用。超细粉与高效减水剂同时添加,所起的分散与填充作用更好。因为超细粉加水后形成絮凝结构,当超细粉粒子吸附高效减水剂后才能分散,并更好地填充水泥粒子空隙。超细粉对硬化水泥浆体起填充密实作用,改变了孔结构,从而对硬化水泥浆体起到了增强效果,这种增强效果与超细粉的化学反应活性也有关。Influence of several kinds of superfine mineral powders on the fluidity and strength of cement paste have been studied.It is shown that silica fume and natural zeolite powder have the strengthening effect but no dispersing effect on the cement paste,that phosphorous slag (PS) powder and GBFS superfine powder have filling effect,dispersing effect and strengthening effect.Adding superfine powder and superplasticizer simultaneously lead better effects of filling and dispersing in cement paste.Because the particles of fine powder can not fill in the space effectively between the cement particles unless the selfcoagulating of fine powder is destroyed by absorbing superplasticezer.The strengthening effect of super fine powder is due to its densifying effect,modified pore structure and its chemical activity.
