摘 要:研究了两种植物生长调节剂壮丰安和表油菜素内酯对灌浆期高温胁迫条件下冬小麦产量形成的影响。结果表明,壮丰安可以有效减轻高温胁迫对冬小麦灌浆过程的不利影响,显著抑制高温胁迫条件下冬小麦旗叶光合性能的下降。提高光合产物由源器官向库器官的分配比例,减少籽粒的退化,提高穗粒数;表油菜素内酯浸种可以提高冬小麦灌浆强度和穗粒数,但不能有效抑制高温危害。应用壮丰安是减轻灌浆期高温胁迫危害,实现小麦安全高产的有效手段。High temperture stress on the filling process of winter wheat can significantlly decrease the photosynthesis ability of flag leaf,reducing the kernel nembers per ear and the thousand kernel dry weight.Two kind of plant growth regulators were applied to the win- ter wheat that were suffered from high temperture stress.The result suggest that Zhuangfengan(ZFA),a new kind of plant growth regulators,can significantlly improve the photosynthesis ability of flag leaf under high temperture stress,increase the percentage of assimilates that are distributed to the grain.Brassinode(BR)can improve the filling speed and the numbers per ear but have no effect to the yield protecting when the winter wheat suffered high temperture stress.
