柱型苹果几个形态指标的遗传研究

摘　　要：本文对柱型苹果"舞姿"×"富士"的774株杂种二年生实生苗的柱型性状及节间、高粗比(一年生枝长度和5cm 处粗度之比)、叶型指数(叶长比叶宽)、叶序等进行了详细的调查和统计分析。研究表明:用节间(<1.13)和高粗比(<1.06)对柱型苹果早期预选的准确率达98%。Columnar character,internode,height/thickness ratio(one year old shoot length/di- ameter at 5cm height from the base),leaf index(leaf length/width)and leaf sequence of 744 2-year-old progeny from cross'Waltz×Fuji'was thoroughly investegated and analysed statisticaly.Results show that both the preselection of columnar character by the internode of smaller than 1.13 and height/thickness ratio of smaller than 1.06 is 98 percent correct.
