变色稻谷上分离获得的三种主要真菌的致病性研究

摘　　要：用变色稻谷上分离获得的 Curvularia lunata,Fusarium graminearum,Alternaria tenuis 三种主要分离真菌,在水稻不同生育期进行了致病性测定。研究结果表明该三种真菌能侵染水稻的芽、芽鞘、叶片和谷粒,对水稻穗期谷粒的侵染尤为严重。开花期喷雾接种产生大量变色谷。但不同真菌的致病性与不同水稻品种的发病程度均存在显著差异。This is a report on study of pathogenicity of three major fungi isolated from rice grains at different growth stages.The results showed that three fungi were capable of in- fecting buds,coleoptiles,leaves and grains of rice.When the three fungi were inoculated on the rice plants at flowering stage,larger number of discolored rice grains were induced. The pathogenicity of different fungi showed considerable differences.The disease levels were singificantly different from each other among the tested rice cultivars.
